参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并频发室性早搏的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔在冠心病患者频发室性早搏中的疗效。方法:将70例冠心病伴频发室性早搏(>30次/小时),各35例,治疗组使用参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔治疗,对照组使用美托洛尔治疗。观察两组治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后1月室性早搏发作的改善情况。结果:参美组在1周抗心律失常方面疗效优于参松养心胶囊组(P>0.05),两组在1个月后抗心律失常作用方面有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:参松养心胶囊联合美托洛尔具有稳定心肌细胞膜电活动,降低冠脉阻力、心肌耗氧的作用。对冠心病患者的室性早搏有治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect o f Shensong Yangx in capsule（SYC） combined with metoprolol on ventricular arrhythmia.Methods Seventy patients with premature ventricular contractions and nonsustained ventricular tachycardia were randomly divided into two groups： Group A treated by SYC and metoprolol and Group B treated with SYC.Results？？ The short term effect in Group B was superior to that in Group A（P 〉0.05）.There was difference at 1 week（P〈0.05） and 1 month（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion SYC and metoprolol was effective for ventricular arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease.
