摘　　要：介绍台达DVP-SS系列PLC在夹钳测试台上的设计方法及应用过程,着重研究了夹钳测试台的工作方式、系统组成、软件架构、程序控制在系统中的应用。该测试台不仅能对夹钳进行测试管理,并可根据要求实现数量扩展。实践证明,该夹钳测试台具有使用灵活、稳定性强、使用寿命长等特点。The design idea and application process of Delta DVP-SS PLC in the Clamp Test-bed have been introduced in the text.The working mode,structure,system component and software of the test-bed have been researched,as well as the application of program to the system.The test-bed can not only test the clamp,but also extend the quantity as per the requirement.It is proved by practice that the test-bed has the advantages of excellent flexibility,high stability and long life,etc.
