摘　　要：在拉深工艺中,对于盒形拉深件,一般不采用切边工艺。为了保证直壁部分的尺寸精度,要求毛坯尺寸计算正确。通过对这种类型拉深件受力与变形的分析,再经现场实践和修改,介绍了盒形拉深件毛坯尺寸计算的工艺方法,具有一定实用价值。The edge trimming technology has not usually been used in drawing technology for box-shape drawing parts.In order to guarantee the precision of straight walls,the accurate calculation of blank dimensions has been needed.Through analysis of the stress and deformation of this kind of drawing parts,after practice and correction,a method to calculate blank dimensions of box-shaped drawing parts has been introduced,which is proved to be useful.
