摘　　要：分析了录音机底片的工艺特点,确定了模具设计方案。对卸料板的设计制造及自动送料机构作了详细介绍。然后参阅相关文献,对排样设计、冲裁刃口和冲压力作了计算,设计了模具的总体结构。The design of the multi-position progressive die for capacitors hood film has been introduced in the text.The fixed plate of upper and lower die has a long life with high precision.The cavity die can be quickly changed with high repetitive assembly precision.The upper bending die has been installed on the discharging board, which can press the work piece elastically or unload it rigidly.Moreover,the processing technology and method of main non-standard parts have been put forward in the text.
