摘　　要：目的评价凝聚胺交叉配血的优越性,以确保临床输血安全。方法对4167例受血者常规采用凝聚胺法交叉配血,对结果进行观察。结果所有受血者未出现输血不良反应。检出不完全(不规则)抗体阳性受血者6例,占0.14%。结论凝聚胺交叉配血法安全简便,敏感性高。Objectives The appraisal congeals the polymatchingto match blood＇s superiority alternately, ensures the clinical transfusional safety. Methods Is used to 4167 examples the blood convention congeals the polymatching law to match alternately the blood, carries on the observation to the result. Results Therefore has not appeared the blood the blood transfusion untoward effect. Picks out not completely/the anomalous immune body masculine gender the blood 6 examples, accounts for 0.14%. Conclusions Congeals the polymatching to match the blood law security alternately, simple, the sensitivity is high.
