摘　　要：本文总结了人体接种乙肝疫苗后,接种无(低)应答产生的原因,主要包括人体机体本身的因素,低水平乙肝(HBV)感染,接种部位、途径、接种次数,下淋巴细胞和细胞因子水平,遗传因素,乙肝的S基因变异,疾病因素,疫苗改造等;并就目前提高乙肝疫苗无(低)应答者免疫应答率的研究情况做一综述。This paper summarizes these no（low） responding causes,after the human body vaccination HepB,including human body itself factors,low level hepatitis B virus（HBV） infection,vaccination site,approach,vaccination times,T lymphocytes and cytokines level,genetic factors,hepatitis B S genetic variations,disease factors,the vaccine reform,etc;and summarizing the research situation of improving immune response rates of the no（low） responders now.
