区际间产业生态系统的构建与合作机制研究——以京津冀地区为例

摘　　要：基于自然界生物系统有机循环机制提出的产业生态学,是以人的行为为主导,自然界系统为依托,资源的高效流动为命脉的"社会—经济—自然"相互协调的一个复合高效系统。当今世界经济发展面临着严重的生态环境污染问题,京津冀都市圈产业发展的高速增长与产业生态化之间的矛盾也日益突出。本文正是基于经济可持续发展的思路,首先从理论上对产业生态的概念进行了界定;其次,从产业生态学视角,分析了京津冀产业生态的发展现状及存在的问题;最后,依据京津冀的资源禀赋和存在的问题,提出了京津冀区际间产业生态发展的思路及对策建议。Based on organic cycle mechanism of biological system in nature,industrial ecosystem is a composite and efficient coordination system of ＂society-economy-nature＂,which emphasizes the behavior of people and efficient flow of resources in natural system.At present,the world is troubled by serious ecological environmental pollution in the development of economy.With the rapid development of industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,ecological contradiction is looming large.Starting from the sustainable development of economy,this paper defines the concept of industrial ecology in theory,analyzes the development and problems of industrial ecology in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and puts forward some ideas of regional ecological development based on the resources of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
