摘　　要：跨国接受医学诊治和疗养康复是国际医疗旅游的主要目的。运用SWOT分析法,研究天津现阶段发展国际医疗旅游的条件和可行性,提出"医疗资源配置与旅游基础建设相结合—开发医疗旅游国际市场"双战略目标,同时指出天津在医疗旅游规划、政策创新和机制创新等方面可以采取的一系列战略措施。Transnational medical treatment and convalescence are the aims of international medical tourism.The paper analyzes Tianjin＇s strength,weakness,opportunity and threat in the development of international medical tourism,and studies its conditions and possibility of medical tourism development.It puts forward the two strategic targets of combining medical resources allocation with tourism infrastructure and developing global market of medical tourism.In the meantime,it points out that Tianjin can take a series of strategic measures in medical tourism planning,policy and mechanism innovation,and so on.
