摘　　要：阐述农村党员干部现代远程教育工程学习者的学习者特征,分析学习者应用农村党员干部现代远程教育工程在远程学习中自主学习的现状及原因,在此基础上对培养学习者的自主学习能力提出建议。The paper describes Learner’s Characteristic in Modern Distance Education for Rural Party Members and Cadres, Analysis the present situation and the reasons of the learner’s Autonomous learning in the distance learning through the application of Modern Distance Education for Rural Party Members and Cadres. Proposed some suggestions on how to cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability.
