摘　　要：目的 :为了解北京市中学生精神药物以及香烟、酒的使用情况及趋势。方法 :自拟“学生使用精神活性物质调查表”,分别在 93年和 96年对北京市部分高中二年级学生共 1792人进行了精神活性物质使用情况调查。结果 :93年和 96年使用率最高的物质分别为酒、去痛片、香烟。挥发性溶剂 96年较 93年使用人数有所增加。 93、 96年均有学生自报尝试使用过中枢兴奋剂 ,并有 2例 ( 0 .2 % )已不能停止或减少使用。结论 :北京市中学生中精神药物的使用问题不容忽视 。Objective:to estimate the prevalence of psychoactive use among middle school students in Beijing. Method:1792 students were investigated by self- designed questionnaire.Results:alcohol was the most frequently used psychoactive substance,pain killerand tobacco followed. Compared with the result of 1993 ,volatile solventuse increased. Some studentsreported they had used central stimulantsin1993 ,and so did in 1996.Two studentswasfound thatthey could not stop or reduce the stimulant.Conclusion:it is suggested thatwe should pay attention to the prevention of drug misuse in middle school students.
