摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征对围产儿的影响及临床治疗和预防妊娠高血压的方法。方法选择2007年1月～2008年9月在笔者所在医院住院的妊娠高血压患者325例为观察组,同时随机抽取足月妊娠孕妇325例,观察两组新生儿存活率和产妇预后情况。结果妊高征新生儿存活率76.92%,尤其是重度妊高征患者新生儿存活率只有35.45%,妊高组产妇预后治愈率只有62.15%,还有一例产妇死亡。足月产妇的新生儿存活率达到了100%,产妇预后良好。结论妊娠高血压综合征是严重危害母婴生命的疾病,临床上必须重视,在积极治疗的同时还必须注意及早预防和护理。Objective To discuss the influence of pregnancy - induced hypertension on perinatal, and treatment and prevention method of pregnancy - induced hypertension. Methods 325 patients of pregnancy - induced hypertension （ observation group）from January 2007 to September 2008 were collected, and 325 full -term pregnant women （control group） were collected randomly. Results In group of patients with pregnancy - induced hypertension, neonatal survival of was 76. 92% , particularly in patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension, neonatal survival was 35.45%, the cure rate was 62. 15% , one patients died. In group of patients with full - term pregnant women pregnancy - induced hypertension, neonatal survival of was 100% , and prognosis was good. Conclusion Pegnancy - induced hypertension is serious harm to internal and child, it must be pay attention, and prevention and nursing early are also important while actively curing.
