超声引导下肾囊肿穿刺无水酒精治疗疗效评估

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺治疗肾囊肿的安全性和疗效。方法 198例肾囊肿患者超声引导下穿刺注入无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿,并分别于3、6、12个月后复查超声,评估其疗效。结果 198例患者均穿刺成功,172例获得3个月～1年随访,3个月治愈率51.7%,6个月治愈率83.7%,12个月治愈率93.6%,总有效率96.7%。结论超声引导下肾囊肿穿刺注入无水乙醇硬化治疗,安全、经济、有效,已作为肾囊肿首选治疗方案。Objective To discuss the safety and curative effect of ultrasound - guided percutaneous treatment of renal cyst . Methods 198 cases renal cyst ultrasound - guided puncture patients to inject anhydrous alcohol sclerosis treating renal cyst, and separately to 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after ultrasonic review, evaluate the curative effect. Results 198 cases were punctured successfully, 172 cases were obtained for three months to one year,3 months cure rate was 75.4% ,6 months cure rate was 83.7%, 12 months cure rate was 93.6% ,the total cure rate was 96. 7%. Conclusion ultrasound - guided renal cyst puncture infuse anhydrous alcohol hardening treatment, safe, economic and effective, already as renal cyst preferred treatment.
