摘　　要：研制成功加热炉用冶金熔接钴合金复合垫块，并对新型垫块的熔接区的显微组织和性能进行了评估。结果表明，熔接区的各项性能均达到和超过相关的钴合金及镍铬高温合金的各自性能。现场使用性能及寿命均和传统整体钴合金垫块相同。The compound pad used in heating furnace is developed and evaluation is performed on micro organization and performance. The results indicate that every performance of melting range reaches or surpasses respective performance of related cobalt alloy and Ni Cr alloy. The field performance and life are identical with traditional integral cobalt alloy pad.
