摘　　要：简述了低本底α、β测量仪效率校准的基本原理,研究了自吸收和面积与探测效率的关系,评定了效率校准中的不确定度,并分析了效率在α、β样品测量中的应用。This paper gives a sketch of the basic principle of low-background α,β-measuring instrument.It explores the relationship between the self-absorption,area and measuring efficiency.It gives out that the uncertain degree of efficiency calibration and analyses the application for the measuring of α,β-samples with efficiency.
