经皮自体髂骨血注射治疗长干骨骨折术后延迟愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨长骨干骨折术后延迟愈合的原因,制定相应的防治方案。方法：将62例长骨干骨折术后延迟愈合的患者按照分段随机的方法分为两组,治疗组给予断端骨髓血注射的方法早期干预,对照组进行超声波刺激和中药治疗。结果：经6~12个月,平均9个月随访,治疗组31例中30例达到骨性愈合,对照组31例中19例达到骨性愈合,其余发展为骨不连。结论：骨折术后3个月,断端没有生长迹象,经皮自体髂骨血注射的早期干预,可促进骨折早期愈合,减少骨不连的发生。Objective：Objectives of this paper are to analyse and discuss the reasons about postoperative delayed union of long bone fracture,and formulation relevant protective and therapeutic strategies.Methods：Prospective cohort study was used in the research.The 62 patients with postoperative delayed union of long bone fracture were collected in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Autonomous Region from 2004 January to 2009 December.According to random principles,control group was given herbral therapy and ultrasonic irritation,case group was given early intervention with injection of marrow blood for segmement,or autologous red bone marrow of ilium in 3 months.Results：The 31 cases of the case group were followed up from 6 months to 1 year,and the 30 cases were union.The19 of the 31 cases in control group were francture union.Conclusion：After operation 3 months,auto-transplantation of bone and early intervention with injection of medulla ossium blood are able to promote union and avoid delayed union,if segmement do not show growing sign.
