摘　　要：金融创新对国际金融中心发展的促进作用,体现在国际金融中心的"替代"转移方面。从理论角度分析,这种促进作用首先是由于金融产品自身的流动性特征所决定的;其次是信息流作用的结果。巴黎和都柏林金融中心的发展则进一步说明,新兴国际金融中心,必须在金融产品和信息服务两个方面具有比较优势,并由此产生集聚力和向心力。因此,北京新兴国际金融中心的发展,一是要利用其独特的信息中心优势,提升信息服务产业的竞争力;二是要通过金融创新,提高金融产品的流动性,并在创新中凝炼出特色,实现差别化经营,只有这样才有可能在竞争中立于不败之地。The development of international financial center is advanced by financial innovation,which significantly is viewed as ＂substitution＂ among centers.From theoretical study,the action is viewed as liquidity of financial products;the other is the theory of information bind.According to the empirical research from Paris and Dublin,emerging international financial centers must depend on financial innovation to improve comparative advantages of financial products and information service.So for Beijing,it should advance information center of China firstly;Secondly,it should develop characteristics products and services,and achieve differentiation operation through financial innovation.Then,it would be invincible in the competition in the future.
