摘 要:针对高精度大导程滚珠螺母内螺旋滚道加工困难的问题,对内螺旋滚道的加工工艺进行探索性研究,提出采用标准圆弧刀片对内螺旋滚道进行拟合车削后使用球状磨头进行磨削加工的方法,并建立球状磨头的实体模型。在高精度数控车床的基础上,开发了磨削平台。以某型号滚珠螺母为加工实例,并估测加工后内螺旋滚道的表面粗糙度,结果表明该方法是有效的。The research on the processing technology of the inner-spiral ball track was carried out in order to solve the intractable problem in the processing of high-precision, large-lead ball-nuts' inner-spiral ball track. A method was put forward by using standard arc-shaped blade to process the inner-spiral ball track through fitting turning, and then using globe grinding head for grinding. The physical model of globe grinding head was built. The platform of turning and grinding was developed based on high-precision CNC machine. Taking some type of large-lead ball-nut as an example, the surface roughness of inner-spiral ball track was estimated after processing. The results show validity of the method.
