摘　　要：主要介绍一种便捷移动式压铸模的结构特点、工作原理及其优点,强调了在应对小批量生产或试生产时所具有的独特优势,是一种可规避风险且投资少、生产周期短、收效快的简捷精密铸造工艺。它所获得的铸件具有与卧式压铸模(高投入)铸件相同的效果,但其制造成本仅与金属浇注模相当。中、小型企业在进行压铸模设计时,可考虑选择这种结构。The structure features and operational principle of mobile pressure-casting die were introduced. It＇s advantages in small amount production or pre-production trial were emphasized. The mobile pressure casting is a simple and precise casting process of low investment, short production cycle and fast effect. The casts have the same quality with the horizontal pressure casting, but its manufacturing cost is equivalent with the metal pouring mold. So the mobile pressure-casting die is a good select in small-and-mediumsized enterprises.
