摘  要:介绍全液压修井机起升系统的结构、工作原理以及液压传动系统的组成和工作原理,并根据全液压修井起升系统中常用的速度调节方法对起升系统的调速回路中存在的问题进行分析,同时介绍全液压修井机起升系统的速度调节方法的发展趋势。并指出在全液压修井机起升系统调速回路的实际设计中要更多地考虑经济要素,灵活选择优质元件,配置高效的调速系统。The structures, working principles of the hoisting system and the hydraulic transmission system of the full hydraulic operated workover rig were introduced. The problems existed in speed regulation loop of the hoisting system were analyzed based on the common methods of speed regulation of the hoisting system for the workover rig. The development trend of the speed regulation method of hoisting system for the workover rig was introduced. It was pointed out that the economic element should be taken more into consideration in the actual design of the speed control circuit in full hydraulic hoisting system, the high quality components should be chosen flexibly, and high-efficiency speed control system should be configured.
