摘  要:为了更好地解决水下施工时不同机具的锁紧问题,设计一种新型水下伸缩锁紧装置。其工作原理是利用斜面和T型槽,通过液压驱动迫使导柱上下运动达到锁紧的目的,再通过外侧的液压缸将有一定距离的机具拖拽到一起以便作业。在Pro/E中建立伸缩锁紧装置的结构模型,分析其内部结构和工作过程,并利用ANSYS软件对导柱进行受力分析,验证伸缩锁紧机构的设计合理性。A new telescoping and locking device was designed in order to solve locking problems of different equipment underwater. Its working principle was using inclined plane and T slots, and upper and lower motion of guide pillar was compelled by hydraulic drive to lock. Lateral hydraulic cylinder hauled equipments with certain distance together for working. The structural model was estab- lished using Pro/E, and internal structure and working process were analyzed for the telescoping and locking device. ANSYS was used to analyze force shouldered by guide pillar and rationality of the design for telescoping and locking device was verified.
