摘 要:本文报道了一种使用流变相法制备球形纳米氧化锌的方法。首先将氧化锌和尿素按摩尔比1∶4混合均匀,加适量水调制成流变态,在300℃反应生成胶状物;然后将胶状物在高速搅拌下水解,将水解产物在120℃下分解;最后研究了热分解产物的表面形貌与粒度分布。实验结果表明在120℃左右生成白色球形纳米ZnO粉体,粒度分布在30-80nm之间,其结构为一未指标化结构,可在600℃左右转变为六方氧化锌。In this paper,a Rheological Phase Reaction route was reported for the preparation of Spherical nano-meter ZnO.First,the colloid precursor was synthesized at 300℃ from ZnO and Urea by molar ratio of 1:4 which were mixed with water into Rheological phase reaction,and then the colloid precursor was hydrolyzed by fast stirring for thermal decomposing at 120℃,and finally the SEM was studied for investigating the particle size and surface morphology of ZnO.The results shows that a white Spherical nano-meter ZnO powders which the main particle size of ZnO distributes between 30nm and 80 nm was gained at 120℃ of which structure is a unindexed type transforming to hexagonal one at 600℃,
