摘 要:将经超声波处理的多壁碳纳米管液滴涂于碳糊电极上制成修饰电极(MWNTs/CPE)。应用循环伏安法研究了酪氨酸(Tyr)在修饰电极上的电化学行为。测定结果表明,酪氨酸在3.5×10-6~2.0×10-3mol/L浓度范围内与峰电流成良好的线性关系。回归方程为Ip(μA)=0.058C(μmol/L)+5.215,相关系数为r=0.9992(n=7),检出下限为3.2×10-7mol/L(S/N=3)。该修饰电极可应用于人尿中酪氨酸的测定。A multi-walled carbon nanotube modified carbon paste electrode(MWNTs / CPE) was prepared by dropping droplets of multi-walled carbon nanotube solution which was treated with ultrasonic wave on a bare carbon paste electrode.The electrochemical behaviors of Tyrosine at this modified electrode were studied using cyclic voltammetry.The experimental results indicated that the oxidation peak current showed a good linear relationship with Tyrosine concentration in the range of 3.5×10-6 ~2.0×10-3 mol/L.The regression equation was Ip(μA) = 0.058C(μmol/L)+5.215,correlation coefficient r= 0.9992,and the detection limit was 3.2×10-7mol/L(S/N=3).The modified electrode was be applied to the determination of tyrosine in human urine.
