摘 要:为研究改性硅胶对挥发性有机废气的吸附性能,分别采用十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、辛基三乙氧基硅烷、苯基三甲氧基硅烷、一甲基三乙氧基硅烷对硅胶进行气相改性处理,试验研究了不同改性剂、改性时间对硅胶饱和吸附率的影响,考察了改性硅胶对甲苯、水二组分体系的吸附选择性。结果表明,硅胶对甲苯的吸附主要为物理吸附,长链的硅烷改性剂在60℃、气相改性4h条件下能提高改性硅胶对甲苯的饱和吸附率,同时对甲苯、水二组分体系,使用长链硅烷改性硅胶可以有效提高对甲苯吸附的选择性。In order to study the adsorption property of modified silica gel to volatile organic exhaust gas,the hexadecyltrimethoxysilane,octyltriethoxysilane,phenyltrimethoxysilane and methytriethoxysilane were used for gas modification of silica gel respectively,the effct of different modifiers and modification time on the saturated adsorption amount of silica gel has been investigated,and the adsorption selectivity of modified silica gel to toluene and water mixture was also studied.The experimental results show that the adsorption of silica gel to toluene is mainly physical adsorption,and the saturation adsorption capacity of silica gel can be improved by modification of long-chain silane at 60℃ for 4h,while the modified silica gel by long-chain silane can effectively increase the adsorption selectivity of silica gel to toluene and water component.
