生产性服务业FDI对工业企业效率影响研究

摘　　要：本文从产业间垂直联系的角度出发,利用2000-2006年省级面板数据,研究了生产性服务业FDI对我国工业企业生产效率的影响。研究结果表明:在不考虑制度改善对生产效率影响的情况下,生产性服务业FDI的增加与我国内资工业企业生产效率提高具有显著的正相关性;反之,这种相关性变得微弱且不显著。然而,即使在考虑制度改善对生产效率影响后,生产性服务业FDI的增加依然能显著提高我国外资工业企业的生产效率。这一研究结果为生产性服务业对工业企业生产效率影响的理论依据提供了经验证据,同时也为我国调整吸引外资政策提供了借鉴参考。Using the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2006,the paper analyzes the impacts of the producer services sector FDI on the efficiency of industrial enterprises.The results suggest that without considering the institution＇s influence,the increase in producer services FDI has a significant positive effect on the efficiency improvements of domestic funded industrial enterprises;on the contrary,the effect is weak and not significant.Another interesting result is that once the improved institution factor has been taken into account,there is still a notable improvement on foreign invested enterprises＇ efficiency.
