银行信用下企业技术创新市场化运行特点、机制和途径

摘　　要：利用银行工具促进企业技术创新市场化运作是破解我国企业技术创新瓶颈的重要手段之一。从金融支持企业创新市场化运行状况、技术创新市场化运行工具特点及创新过程中对金融的有效选择等方面,特别研究银行信贷与企业创新之间的密切关系。然后,提出利用银行信贷工具促进企业技术创新市场化运行的机制和途径,即建立创新基金、形成以政府为主导的开发性金融信贷机构、建立区域金融中心等。It＇ s one of important means for solving the bottleneck of technological innovation in China to promote market - oriented operation of technological innovation in enterprises by using bank instruments. This paper particularly explores the close relationship between bank credit loan and enterprise innovation, viewed from the market - oriented operation of enterprise innovation backed by financial support, characteristics for market - oriented operation tools of technological innovation and effective selection of financial services during the innovation process. Then, mechanisms and means for market - oriented operation of technological innovation in enterprises by using bank instruments are proposed, i.e. establishment of Innovation Fund, forming financial and credit institutions development led by the government, establishment of regional financial centers.
