摘　　要：我国的海洋科技成果转化和产业化工作在相关政策的支持下,取得了瞩目的成就。文章回顾了海洋科技成果发展的历程,指出了海洋科技成果产业化对于我国海洋发展战略的重要意义,总结了近几年来我国海洋技术各个领域的产业化成果,揭示了产业化过程中面临的困难,提出了加速科技成果产业化的几点对策。In the support of related policies,the transformation and industrialization of marine scientific and technological achievements have achieved great success in China.The development process is reviewed firstly.The significance of the industrialization for our marine development strategy is pointed out.The industrialization achievements in recent years are summarized then.The difficulties in the process of industrialization and the solutions in accelerating the industrialization are put forward finally.
