摘 要:对废铁屑置换回收铅蓄电池中的铅进行了研究,分别考察了温度、时间及铁屑用量对置换反应的影响。实验结果表明,300 kg含铅试料与100 kg废铁屑混合,在1 200℃下反应1.5 h,置换所得铅精矿中铅含量可达91.27%,炉渣中铅残留量降为11.67%。该方法工艺简单易行,成本低廉,回收率高,是回收处理废铅蓄电池的有效方法。The recycling technology of lead in lead-acid batteries was studied.It also investigated requirements on temperature,time and the quantity of iron scale during the reaction of replacement.According to the test results,if 300 kg of lead-acid batteries and 100 kg of scrap iron were mixed,the temperature and time was set to 1 200 ℃ and 1.5 h,the recycling efficiency could be as high as 91.27% and the residual quantity was 11.67%.This technique was an efficient option for treating and recycling lead-acid batteries as it was simple,less costly and highly efficient.
