摘 要:以N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,利用溶液聚合法制备了壳聚糖-g-聚丙烯酸/海泡石复合材料,考察交联剂与海泡石加入量对复合材料Hg2+吸附性能的影响,最高吸附量达到359.8 mg/g。用四种等温模型对其吸附过程进行拟合,选用Langmuir模型解释吸附过程,计算得出理论的饱和吸附量为371.89 mg/g。抗酸性实验说明加入海泡石后该材料的抗酸性增强。红外光谱和扫描电镜的分析表明,原料共同参与了接枝共聚反应,且材料表面粗糙多孔,有利于增大吸附容量。Chitosan-g-poly(acrylic acid)/sepiolite composites were prepared by aqueous solution polymerization using N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinker,and the amount of MBA as well as sepiolite for removing Hg2+ were estimated.The adsorption capacity of the composites was found to be 359.8 mg·g-1.Four kind of adsorption isotherm models were used to fit the adsorption process in which Langmuir model was used for interpretation.The saturated adsorption capacity of the composites was up to 371.89 mg·g-1 after calculated.Experiment showed that the acid resistance of the material was improved.The results from FT-IR spectra and SEM showed that the raw materials had participated in graft polymerization reaction,at the same time,the rough and porous surface enabled the composites to have an greater adsorption capacity.
