摘　　要：介绍了我厂合成氨装置中压蒸汽管线概况,经过对蒸汽管线吹扫原理的分析和参数测算,制定管线吹扫方案。介绍了吹扫过程中,碰到的问题和原因分析,并提出改进建议。通过总结分析,深化了对蒸汽吹扫理论和实际操作方法的认识,对于同类管线吹扫工作具有参考意义。A program for purging medium-pressure steam pipe was formulated with analysis of purging steam pipe theory and parameter estimates.Improvements were suggested to solve steam targeting problems and analyze reasons through the purging.It concluded that purging steam pipe theory and practical operation method were deeply understood,which was useful for similar purging pipe as a reference.
