摘　　要：柔性生产模式是采用同一套装备生产同一类型的不同品种产品的生产模式,具有适应生产变化的能力和特性。本文基于柔性生产模式建立化工生态网络的循环经济体系,以重庆长风化工工业有限公司在柔性生产模式应用,探索建立化工生态循环经济实践为例,说明柔性生产模式的建设要点,为我国化工行业柔性生产模式化工生态网络的发展提供借鉴。Flexible production mode had the ability and characteristics to adapt to the changes in production,which adopted the same set of equipment to produce the same type of different varieties.The implementation of constructing a chemical ecology network circulation economy system was introduced based on the flexible production mode.Taking Changfeng Chemical Co.,Ltd.for example,the key point of flexible production mode was illustrated hoping to provide some reference for our country＇s chemical industry.
