摘  要:建立了HPLC法直接分析水样中硝基苯和苯胺含量的方法,并调查了广州大学城水体中硝基苯和苯胺的含量。液相条件:进样量10μL;色谱柱:Kromasil C18色谱柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流速1 mL/min,乙腈-水梯度洗脱;硝基苯检测波长:262nm,苯胺检测波长231 nm。硝基苯和苯胺标准曲线均线性良好(r>0.999),其RSD分别为0.57%和1.25%。方法回收率在90%~110%之间。仪器对硝基苯和苯胺的检测线分别为:24.1μg/L和18μg/L。经检测广州大学城水体中基本没有检出硝基苯和苯胺。A method was development to measure nitrobenzene and aniline content in water sample by HPLC with PDA detector,and use it to analyze the water samples in Guangzhou Higher Education Mage Center's water system.The selected HPLC condition was that injection volume was 10 μL,column was Kromasil C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),flow rate was 1 mL/min,mobile phase was acetonitrile-water gradient elution,and nitrobenzene was determined by PDA detector at 262 nm aniline was 231 nm.Linear correlation coefficients of nitrobenzene and aniline standard curves were very good(r0.999),its' RSD were 0.57% and 1.25%,respectively.Recovery rate of the method was in the range of 90%~110%.The method detection limit of nitrobenzene and aniline was 24.1 μg/L and 18.0 μg/L,respectively.After analyzing,there was only one sample,whose nitrobenzene and aniline were detected.
