摘 要:分析了位山灌区引水引沙过程及水沙资源分布特点,提出了灌区水沙资源优化配置方法和水资源与泥沙资源的配置方案,即应把大部分泥沙输入支渠以下区域。通过对比分析位山灌区水沙资源配置现状与优化配置方案的差异,指出渠首地区水沙资源配置过多是导致灌区泥沙问题的症结。通过实施灌区引水减沙措施、沉沙池处理灌区有害泥沙、提高渠道输水输沙能力、灌区泥沙灾害治理与泥沙资源化相结合等,可实现位山灌区泥沙远距离分散配置的目的。The paper analyzes the process of water and sediment diversion and the characteristics of water and sediment resources distribution of Weishan Irrigation Area and puts forward a method of optimized allocation for water and sediment resources and an allocation plan of water and sediment resources of the area,i.e.to transport the greater part sediment to the region of downstream branch canal.It points out that too much water and sediment resources allocated at headwork area results to sediment problem of the irrigation area through comparative analysis on the difference of present status of water and sediment resources allocation and the optimized allocation plan of the irrigation area.It can achieve the objective of long-distance scattered allocation of the area sediment through the measures of diversion,sediment reduction,harmful sediment treated by desilting basin,increasing the canal capacity of water and sediment delivery and combining sediment disaster control with sediment resources.
