Keller手术治疗不同年龄段外翻疗效的综合分析

摘　　要：目的:对Keller手术治疗中老年不同年龄组的外翻患者进行疗效分析,探讨其手术适应证、手术技巧及临床疗效。方法:采用经典的Keller手术。结果:35～55岁年龄组优9足,良4足,中1足,差1足,优良率86.7%;56～70岁年龄组优11足,良5足,中2足,差0足,优良率88.9%。35～55岁年龄组外翻角和第Ⅰ、Ⅱ跖骨间角分别从术前(34±19)°和(17±1)°改善到术后的(13±6)°和(12±1)°。结论:Keller手术操作方法简单,疗效肯定,不但适用于老年患者,对35～55岁的中年患者只要有第1跖趾关节骨关节炎表现或者有关节半脱位的外翻患者同样适合行Keller手术。To study efticacy of Keller surgical treatment for elderliness of different age groups hallux valgus patients and,explore its surgical indications and surgical techniques and clinical curative effect.Methods：Classical Keller surgery were operated.Results：35-55 years old age were 9 feet optimal,4 feet benign,1 foot moderate,1 foot poor,the excellent rate was 86.7%,56-70 years old age were 11 feet optimal,5 feet benign,2 feet moderate,0 foot poor,the excellent rate was 88.9%.35-55 years old age group hallux valgus angle and Ⅰ,Ⅱ metatarsal bone angle respectively from the preoperative （34±19）°and （17±1）° to improved to postoperative （13±6）° and （12±1）°.Conclusion：Keller operation method is simple,curative effect,certainly does not only apply to the elderly,to 35-55 years old middle-aged patients as long as there is the first metatarsophalangeal joint osteoarthritis performance or relevant joint subluxation of hallux valgus patients also fit Keller surgery.
