急性胃肠炎时菌毛的电镜观察

摘　　要：目的:通过透射电镜及扫描电镜观察大肠埃希菌引起的急性胃肠炎时细菌特殊结构,了解菌毛粘附与致病的关系。方法:以临床腹泻患儿新分离的大肠埃希菌为材料,制备扫描电镜及透射电镜标本,对照组为健康同龄儿童粪便。结果:新分离的腹泻患者大肠埃希菌普通菌毛遍布菌体,性菌毛呈中空管状,多处分枝,性菌毛呈多重接合。结论:腹泻患儿与健康同龄儿童组比较普通菌毛多,性菌毛为分枝状,可见多重接合。Objective： To inspect special structure of the E.coli by transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscope to understand the relationship between adhesion with bacterial gatroenteritis.Methods：E.coli isolated from clinical last diarrhea stool over 3 days was used to make specimens,the control group was healthy examination.Results：Common pili of E.coli isolated from clinical diarrhea spread all over the cell,sexual fimbrias were branch and multi-conjugated.Conclusion： Compared with healthy group,when diarrhea happen,the common pilus are more and sexual fimbria are branch,the same time they are multi-conjugation.
