摘　　要：分析柴油机再制造生产物流系统,对废旧柴油机回收、拆卸、清洗、检测等过程进行分析,建立柴油机再制造生产物流系统仿真模型,运用EXTEND软件对系统进行仿真,分析仿真结果,解决再制造生产物流系统的"瓶颈"问题,提出解决办法,为决策者提供依据.In the analysis of diesel engine based on the remanufacturing product logistics,analyses recycling of waste engine,dismantling,wash and re-manufacturing process set up simulation modelof diesel engine remanufacturing product logistics system,then simulate the system with the extend simulation software,analysis of simulation results;solve the ＂bottleneck＂ problem of remanufacturing product logistics system,propose solutions and provide a basis for decision-makers.
