摘  要:针对工矿企业机车电气控制系统存在的接触器触头易烧损和GKlC机车司机司控器易损坏,造成机车起机困难、无法打风及调速混乱的现象,找出造成接触器触头易烧损和GKlC机车司机司控器易损坏的原因,进而选用新型无弧接触器和司机控制器进行替代和改进,大幅减少电气控制系统故障率,提高机车的电气系统稳定性及机车运行的可靠性。According to the phenomena that engine was hard to start and motivate wind and speed regulation was disorder because that the contact of the contactor of electric control system for locomotives was easily burned and the controller of GKIC locomotives was easily damaged in industrial and mining enterlocomotives was easily burned and the controller of GKIC locomotives was easily damaged, then by selecting the new type of no-arc contactor and the replacement and improvement of contrller, failure rate of the electrical control system was reduced greatly, the stability of electrical control system and reliability of engine running were improved.
