摘　　要：通过对莱钢3200m^3高炉INBA渣处理装置应用情况进行分析，介绍了该渣处理系统的基本特点。并阐明了INBA系统的关键设备一脱水转鼓的自动调速技术在渣处理系统中的应用，分析了其在实际生产中出现的问题，对生产实践具有一定的指导意义。Based on the analysis on application of INBA slag processing device for 3 200-m3 BF of Laigang, this article introduced the basic specific features of the processing system, expounded the automatic speed regulation technology of dewatering drum-the key equipments of INBA system, and analyzed the problems arising from actual production, having certain guiding significance to production practices.
