摘　　要：通过对炼钢厂2#小方坯连铸机影响拉矫机使用寿命因素的调查分析，提出了改变传动方式、设计上下机架连接、设计油气润滑辊子、改造冷却系统等对策，使拉矫机的使用寿命大大提高，取得了可观的经济效益。Through investigation of the factors affecting life-time of 2# withdrawal straightener of billet CCM in the steelmaking plant, countermeasures were proposed such as changing the way of transmission, designing the link of upper and lower frames and oil-air lubrication of roller, and improving the cooling system, then the life-time for withdrawal straightener was greatly lengthened and remarkable economic results were achieved.
