摘　　要：介绍了凝固末端电磁搅拌技术的特点及在莱钢特钢连铸机上的应用效果，通过优化末端电磁搅拌和连铸工艺参数，提高了铸坯等轴晶率、减轻了铸坯中心偏析、中心疏松和缩孔，满足了优特钢的生产和质量要求。This paper introduces the mechanism of F-EMS and its application effects in caster of the special steel of Laigang. the F-EMS improved the proportion of equiaxial crystal of billet and obviously reduced central segregation, porosity and shrinkage through optimization of F-EMS and continuous casting process parameters, then the production and quality requirements of special steel high were met very well.
