以病定技术的中医适宜技术在社区中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的从中医治疗有明显效果的社区常见病入手,探讨以病定技术的中医适宜技术在社区中的应用和推广。方法在深圳市西乡街道选取3家社区健康服务中心(社康中心)作为试点单位。按以病定技术原则制定10种社区常见病的中医治疗方案及操作流程,社康中心的全科医师按操作流程开展中医服务。结果经过试点后对推广方案进行多方评价,为中医适宜技术在社区的推广提供依据,为促进"中医进社区"的发展提供科学、合理的模式。结论影响以病定技术的中医适宜技术在社区应用的因素较多,实施以病定技术的中医适宜技术社区应用和推广,有望提高中医适宜技术在社区应用的社会效益和经济效益。Objective Beginning with common disease with significant effect under Chinese medicine treatment,to explore the application and popularization of STCM（suitable technique of Chinese medicine） which was decided by diseases in community.Methods General practitioners followed the TCM（Traditional Chinese Medicine） treatment plan and operation process of ten kinds of common disease based on the principle of technology which was decided by diseases to provide the TCM service in the three experimental community health service centers on Xixiang Street in Shenzhen city.Results After comprehensive evaluation of spread scheme,it provided basis for the popularization of STCM and provided the scientific and reasonable model for the promotion of ＂TCM treatment in community＂.Conclusion The Factors of influencing the STCM which was decided by disease application in community were various and a good social effects and economic returns would be achieved for the application and popularization of STCM which was decided by diseases in community.
