摘　　要：20世纪50年代,我国农村建立合作医疗制度。作为该制度的重要执行者,赤脚医生对农村卫生工作的成功起到了重要作用。近年来,我国开始逐步在农村推行新型合作医疗制度,当年合作医疗的成功经验应当对当今有所借鉴。本研究拟从赤脚医生的管理制度方面探讨其在新农合实施过程中对农村卫生人才管理的启示。In 1950s,China established the rural cooperative medical care system.Bare-foot doctors,as a key implementer of the system,contributed greatly to the success of rural health work.In recent years a new rural cooperative medical care system has been gradually developed in China.Thus the successful experience of cooperative medical care at that time could serve a reference for today.In this paper the inspiration for the new rural cooperative medical talent management is discussed from the management system of barefoot doctors.
