老化试验对阻火圈芯材膨胀体积的影响研究

摘　　要：对阻火圈阻燃膨胀芯材进行耐水性、耐酸性、耐碱性、耐湿热及耐冻融循环等5种老化试验,并借鉴相关规范,建立膨胀体积测试方法,对试验后芯材膨胀体积的变化情况进行研究。结果表明:老化试验会对芯材的膨胀体积产生不利影响,在某些生产条件下生产的阻火圈芯材膨胀体积的变化量会超过可接受程度。在对阻火圈产品进行检验时有必要增加一些老化试验,以使该类产品更符合实际使用情况。To aim at the actual using environment of firestop collar,the author carried out 5 ageing tests on water resistance,acid resistance,alkali resistance,humidity and heat resistance,freezing and thawing cycle resistance,on its fire-retarding intumescent material,then analyzed the situation of change of the expanding volume by test method made by referring relative codes.The results indicate that ageing test will bring some adverse effects to the material＇s expanding volume,and to some firestop collars produced at different conditions from others,the variation of the expanding volume will exceed the acceptability.Therefore,it＇s necessary to add some ageing tests to firestop collar while doing the production test with the purpose of making it conform to the actual situation.
