摘　　要：回顾我国消防工作社会化的历程,分析消防工作社会化中存在的问题与不足,提出促进消防工作社会化的政策的建议。推进消防工作社会化,必须完善多部门联合监管机制、实行注册消防管理人或注册消防工程师制度、充分发挥保险防灾减灾的功能、培育和规范消防中介组织、完善群众参与机制、推动消防力量建设投资多元化。The socialization process of fire control work in China was reviewed.The problems and short comings of fire control work socialization were analyzed.The policy and suggestions to expedite fire control work socialization were put forward.It was suggested that to improve the fire control work socialization,the joint supervision mechanism among relevant departments should be perfected,the system of registered fire managers and fire engineers should be implemented,the functions of insurance in preventing and reducing disasters should be exerted sufficiently,the fire intermediary organizations should be nurtured and regulated,the mechanism of the public participation should be perfected,and the diversity of fire construction investment should be promoted.
