摘　　要：近年房地产信托作为一种新的融资方式已经在房地产行业中广泛应用,满足了房地产企业建设资金的需求,但房地产行业以信托方式的融资行为,存在的各种风险也不容忽视,因此本文对房地产信托项目的常见风险进行了深入分析,提出了几种切实可行的风险控制措施,来降低房地产信托项目的风险,保证信托计划的安全。Real estate trust,as a new financing way,has widely been used in the real estate industry.While meeting the capital requirements of the industry,the various potential risks of the real estate trust can not be neglected.Deep analyses of the often-seen risks in real estate trust programs are made and several types of feasible measures are mentioned in this article,to control the risks and assure the safety of trust programs in the real estate industry.
