摘　　要：作为人类认识自然和改造自然的工具和手段,科学技术的作用在于满足人类实践活动发展的需要以造福于社会,促进人类社会物质文明和精神文明的进步;同时深刻地影响着社会生产方式和人们生活方式的变革。科学技术具有重要的社会价值和功能。科学技术为社会发展提供物质工具,推动社会政治文明的发展,推动社会制度的进步,为社会发展提供社会精神理性手段。同时,科学技术在建立有序的社会关系中具有重要的规范和保障作用。As means and capability of recognizing and rebuilding the physical world,the important role of science and technology is for meeting the needs of social practice,for the benefit of the people,for promoting the material and spiritual civilization of the socialist society,and impresses deeply the production mode of the modern system and the revolution of common＇s life style.Science and technology owns important social value and functions,it also offers material tool for social progress and promotes the development of human civilization.At the same time,Science and Technology plays an important standard role in building orderly and security social relations.
