摘　　要：文章对陕西农业生物技术的专利保护策略进行了探讨。为了更好地保护农业生物技术专利,各方主体应该加强农业生物技术专利保护的法治意识;明确农业生物技术的专利保护范围;建立完善的农业生物专利技术的政策机制;鼓励、引导农业生物技术的开发应用。Bio-agriculture industry is the direction of agricultural development in the 21st century.So biotechnology patent protection is very necessary.This paper shows to strengthen the agricultural biotechnology patent protection law awareness,and the scope of agricultural biotechnology patent protection should be thought clearly.On this basis,agricultural biotechnology patent protection policy should be developed in Shaanxi Province.
