摘　　要：目的流式细胞术检测血管生成素2(Ang-2)及酪氨酸激酶受体2(Tie-2)在肝癌中的表达,探讨其与CD105标记的血管表达量的关系,以期为研究肝癌发生、发展及血管生成提供理论支持。方法以112例肝细胞癌标本为研究对象,60例癌旁组织、60例正常肝组织作为对照,应用流式细胞术分别检测Ang-2、Tie-2和CD105的表达,分析其在不同临床病理特征之间的意义及相互关系。结果 Ang-2、Tie-2和CD105在肝癌中的表达均明显高于癌旁组织和正常肝组织,Ang-2、Tie-2和CD105在不同肿瘤直径、不同临床分期、不同甲胎蛋白(AFP)值及有无转移患者中比较,差异有统计学意义,肝癌中Ang-2、Tie-2和CD105的表达呈正相关。结论 Ang-2和Tie-2与肝癌的发生、发展有密切关系,Ang-2和Tie-2参与CD105表达的血管生成,联合检测Ang-2、Tie-2和CD105可能有助于肝癌患者预后判断。Objective To investigate the expressions of angiopoietin-2（Ang-2） and tyrosine kinase receptor-2（Tie-2） in hepatocellular carcinoma by flow cytometry,and investigate the relationship with CD105 in pathogenesis,development and angiogenesis.Methods 112 samples of hepatocellular carcinoma tissue were enrolled as experimental group.60 samples of tumor-adjacent tissues and 60 samples of normal hepatic tissues were enrolled as control group.The expressions and relationship of Ang-2,Tie-2 and CD105 were analyzed in different pathological character by flow cytometry.Results The expressions of Ang-2,Tie-2 and CD105 were obviously higher in the experimental group than in tumor-adjacent tissue and normal hepatic tissue.The expressions of Ang-2,Tie-2 and CD105 were associated with diameter,clinical stage,alpha fetoprotein（AFP） value and metastasis.There was positive correlationship between Ang-2 and Tie-2,Ang-2 and CD105,Tie-2 and CD105 in hepatocellular carcinoma group.Conclusions Ang-2 and Tie-2 may promote the pathogenesis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.Ang-2 and Tie-2 may induce the angiogenesis which expresses CD105 in neoplasm.The combined determination of Ang-2,Tie-2 and CD105 may be helpful for the diagnosis and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
