摘　　要：针对传统的尾管固井工艺存在的问题,在悬挂器卡瓦初始楔紧力分析的基础上,通过悬挂器性能改进,提出了尾管固井工艺新方法。推广应用表明:尾管固井工艺新方法操作方便、可靠。2007年1月以来,累计推广应用100多口井,施工成功率达到100%,尾管固井工艺新方法促进了国内钻完井技术水平的提高。Aimed at the problems of the traditional liner cementing technology,based on the analysis of the initial wedging force of hanger slips,a new technology of liner cementing was proposed by the performance improvement of the hanger.The application on well sites indicated that the new technology for tail pipe cementing is convenient and reliable.Since January of 2007,this technology has been used in more than 100 wells,with a 100% of construction success rate.The new method for liner cementing promoted domestic drilling and completion technology.
