摘　　要：在我国,由于代建制实施时间不长,加上代建市场不规范,政府相应保障措施不利等原因,在代建制的实施当中暴露一系列的问题,总结问题并针对问题进行成因分析。Acting system in our country,because time is not long,and implementation of the construction market,the corresponding safeguard measures unfavorable,substituting construction in the implementation of a series of problems exposed,summarizes the problems and the causes analysis.
