摘　　要：目的:了解PICC置管在老年患者胃肠外营养中的应用。方法:将110例患者分为A、B两组,其中A组59例接受PICC置管,B组51例接受股静脉置管,对比两组穿刺成功率及并发症发生率。结果:A组穿刺成功率为93.22%,B组穿刺成功率为78.4%,A组明显高于B组(χ2=5.08,P<0.05);A组的并发症发生率与B组相比,局部渗血(59.3%vs 80.4%),χ2=5.6867;导管脱落(1.7%vs 15.7%),χ2=7.1281;局部感染(1.7%vs 11.8%),χ2=4.6550;误入动脉(0 vs 9.8%),A组并发症发生率明显低于B组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高龄老年患者肠外营养的应用中,PICC置管可以安全有效地替代股静脉置管。Objective：To investigate the application of PICC catheter in elderly patients parenteral nutrition.Methods：110 cases were divised into 2 groups,59 patients received PICC catheter,51 patients received femoral vein catheter,comparing the two groups of puncture success ratio and complications.Results：The puncture success rate of catheter PICC obviously above of femoral vein catheter（P0.05）,and complications of bleed,straying artery,catheter falls off,and infection were significantly lower than of femoral vein catheter.Conclusion：In elderly patients parenteral nutrition applications,PICC catheter can safely and effectively substitute of femoral vein catheter.
